Why it was selected for "CBNation Architects": Scott talked about something that is so powerful during the interview which is that with each iteration in our lives, we get closer and closer to our core. He talked about "individualization" and how that taps into the human side of life and how that manifests itself in organizations and businesses. I also love the lens of "greek mythology" that he spoke to and how that is a tool that we can learn about myths that we are telling ourselves. The realization that we are all in "transition" is so powerful because so often we want to arrive at the destination but it becomes freeing to know that we are always in transition.
